There are about 7 millions  Tatars in the world. Of course most of them live in Russia and Tatarstan. But a lot of Tatars live in the English – speaking countries too.  National self- consciousness and self-respect  of the Tatars have grown quickly during the last of a century. Moreover Tatarstan is no longer a blank  spot on the map of Russia for foreigners. Foreign exchange contact are rapidly developing and this fact causes the need to open site.
